What’s New on Disney+ | The Mysterious Benedict Society – Season 2 (Canada) – What’s Happening on Disney Plus

It’s Wednesday and time to take a look at what’s been added to Disney+ in Canada today, which includes some brand new episodes of many originals, including the entire second season of “The Mysterious Benedict Society.”

Amsterdam

Set in the 1930s, the game follows three friends who witness a murder, become a suspect themselves and uncover one of the most outrageous plots in American history.

Willow – Episode 3

An epic fantasy series with a contemporary sensibility set in an enchanted land of stunning beauty, “Willow” features a diverse international cast with Jonathan Kasdan, Ron Howard, Wendy Mericle, Kathleen Kennedy and Michelle Rejwan as executive producers. The story began with an aspiring magician from a village in Nelwyn and an infant girl destined to unite the realms, who together helped destroy an evil queen and banish the forces of darkness. Now, in a magical world where brownies, wizards, trolls and other mystical creatures flourish, the adventure continues, as an unlikely group of heroes embark on a dangerous quest to places far beyond their home, where they must face their inner demons and come together to to save their world.

The Elves – Episode 5

Scott is taken to the Christmas verse where he learns the truth about how he became Santa Claus. Meanwhile, things take a turn for the worse at the North Pole as more elves disappear and the Christmas spirit is all but destroyed. Scott returns from the Christmas season and goes with Noel back to the North Pole to save Christmas. Before he can, he is quickly captured by Simon. Carol, Cal and Sandra race back to the North Pole to help Scott.

The Mysterious Benedict Society – Season 2

In the second season, Reynie, Sticky, Kate and Constance, the four gifted orphans recruited by the eccentric Mr. Benedict, embark on a new mission to save the world from his twin brother Dr. LD Curtain’s sinister plans. When the kids discover that Mr. Benedict and Number Two have been kidnapped, they must piece together the puzzles and clues in a dangerous scavenger hunt set up by Mr. Benedict to thwart Curtain’s latest scheme. Relying only on their wits, intellect and empathy, the charming group of misfits embark on a worldwide adventure by air, land, sea and pie truck, calling on their special skills to solve the mysteries and rescue their lost comrades. Along the way, the children experience the growing pains that come with being part of their new “found family” while remaining true to their unique selves. In the process, they discover what true happiness really means.

Gigantosaurus (S3, 8 episodes)

Four curious young dinosaurs named Rocky, Bill, Tiny and Mazu go on an adventure following their herd. Rocky is the brave one, Bill is the most anxious, Tiny is the smallest but most playful, and Mazu is the most curious. The four friends look at things like mapping the stars and looking for flowers, but most importantly, they assert their independence and learn to do things away from the safety of the pack.

Sumo Do, Sumo Don’t! – Episode 8

The summer training camp is over, and the autumn tournament is approaching. The four members of the Kyoritsu sumo club are determined to win their first match. However, Ryota is unable to stay focused. Meanwhile, Kawarada from the ekiden club joins the sumo club, forming a team of five. In the women’s tournament, Honoka is matched against Mayu.

Muppet Babies S3

Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal and their other friends explore their vast imaginations to go on wonderful adventures in their kindergarten.

The Villains of Valley View – New episodes

When teenage supervillain Havoc stands up to the leader of the League of Villains, her family members are forced to change identities and move to a sleepy Texas suburb.

Raven’s Home – 2 new episodes

Single mother Raven Baxter raises her children with her friend Chelsea. Things take a turn when Raven’s son begins to display psychic abilities.

What We Do In The Shadows – Season 4

What We Do in the Shadows, based on the feature film by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi,
documents the nocturnal exploits of vampire roommates Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry),

Ok Chanmi doesn’t believe that her twin brother, Park Wonseok, committed suicide; Chanmi transfers to her brother’s school, Yongtan High; a “hero” appears at Yongtan High, and Chanmi speculates that it may be connected to her brother.

Black Rock Shooter Dawn Fall S1 (New Episode)

The year is 2062. Earth has been left in ruins after the failure of a work automation project when AI called Artemis waged war on humanity. A girl, Empress, wakes up in a research laboratory. As one of the three surviving Guardians, she must destroy the Orbital Elevator before Artemis can complete its construction. Failure will result in a machine army overrunning the Earth. However, Artemis’ unmanned forces and a cult may have motives of their own.

Ben Gri S1 (new episode)

The life of Fuat Akıncı, a successful and respected lawyer, changes when his daughter experiences an unfortunate incident. Fuat seeks revenge and responds to mysterious messages sent to his phone that will ultimately turn his life upside down and make him confront his past amidst darkness and light.
