What to watch on Disney+ this weekend

Jess and her friends break her father out of prison. The Bad Batch continues to work on paying off the debt to Cid. And the creators of Willow take the fans behind the magic. Let’s take a look at what to watch this weekend on Disney+.
VILE: BEHIND THE MAGIC
Featuring the show’s breakout stars and returning legends, the documentary takes viewers behind the scenes for an in-depth look at the making of the original hit series.
NATIONAL TREASURE: EDGE OF HISTORY
It’s a matter of life and death when Jess and her friends embark on their most impossible heist yet. Meanwhile, Liam teams up with his grandfather’s home nurse, Myles, in a desperate bid to bring down Billie and her secret organization before they hurt Jess.
STAR WARS: THE BAD BATCH
As the new season opens, months have passed since the events of Kamino, and the Bad Batch continues its journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and enemies, both new and familiar, as they take on a series of exciting mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.
AMERICAN BLACKOUT
American Blackout imagines the story of a national blackout in the United States caused by a cyberattack ‘told in real time, over 10 days, by those who continued to film on cameras and phones. You will learn what it means to be completely powerless. Gritty, visceral and totally immersive, see what it takes to survive from day one, and who will be left standing when the lights come back on.
CHALLENGER DISASTER: LOST TAPE
Challenger Disaster: Lost Tapes follows the story of the space shuttle Challenger and its crew, specifically Christa McAuliffe, the first civilian to be launched into space. The events of the days leading up to the disaster are described in this unique film, which uses no narration or interviews. Instead, the story is told entirely with reports of journalists covering the story, extensive footage from the NASA team, and interviews with McAuliffe and others who were part of this unique mission. Using rarely seen footage and sound recordings, this show takes viewers behind the scenes of this compelling and historic story in a way that has never been seen before.
T-REX AUTOPSY
T. rex Autopsy will go inside a full-sized T. rex for the first time ever to reveal how the 65-million-year-old beast may have lived.
FANTASY
And if you’re looking for older content, check out “Fantasia.” Walt Disney’s foray into classical music mixed with animation was heralded as ahead of its time in the 1940s when it was released. It also served as Mikke Mu’s introduction to feature films.
