Pensacola, FL – A man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault after he met and assaulted a pregnant Florida woman using the dating app “Tagged.”

Deandre Pritchett, 30, of Pensacola, was arrested Monday for sexually assaulting a pregnant woman he met through “Tagged” dates, police said.

Pritchett, who used the username “Ghost” on the app, is accused of sexual assault after he allegedly forced himself on the victim, who had been texting him for about a week.

According to the arrest report, Pritchett met the woman through the app and set up a meeting after she told Pritchett she had a room for them.

They talked on a bed where Pritchett sexually assaulted the woman.

The victim reported that she pushed Pritchett away and told him that she did not want to engage in sexual activity.

The woman turned to the emergency services in fear, as she was 11 weeks pregnant and bleeding from the lower part of her body.

Responding deputies were unable to locate Pritchett, who fled the scene.

However, deputies eventually located and arrested Pritchett, who was booked into the Escambia County Jail on $40,000 bond.
