Parker’s debuts new rewards

The new Parker’s Rewards app offers innovative features, improved design and a personalized user experience.

Parker’s recently launched a new Parker’s Rewards app that offers an improved user-friendly design, enhanced security and a more personalized user experience. The free app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
“Our Parker’s Rewards app has been extremely popular with customers and now offers a number of enhanced features for a frictionless payment experience and enhanced security,” said Greg Parker, Parker’s founder and CEO. “We are committed to staying at the forefront of mobile app technology to make our customers’ lives easier, safer and more convenient.”
With the new Parker’s Rewards app, customers can still order Parker’s Kitchen food on their mobile devices. They can pay at the pump by entering a PIN and confirming their location without touching a keypad or interacting with team members and other customers in the store. Additional features designed for iPhone and Android mobile users include games, clubs and special content for customers.
“We plan to offer fun new ways for Parker’s Rewards members to earn more rewards points than ever before,” said Nick Hand, Parker’s Loyalty and Brand Manager. “Our latest developments include more personalized offers and messaging, as well as faster access to our current discounts and promotions. Our goal is to understand and connect with our customers on a new level.”
Since introducing Parker’s Rewards proprietary app technology in 2016, Parker’s has pioneered contactless payments in the retail industry. The company’s GPS-enabled technology consistently receives rave reviews from members of Parker’s Rewards loyalty program.
With the Parker’s Rewards app, customers earn one Rewards point for every $1 spent in-store. Once 25 points are reached, Parker’s Rewards members can redeem a 10 cents per gallon fuel rebate. Points can be saved or accumulated for up to $1 off per gallon, up to 25 gallons.
The popular Parker’s Rewards app makes life easier beyond the pump, as Parker’s Kitchen breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items can be ordered from mobile. Customers can place their order in the Parker’s Rewards app and select a pickup time, allowing customers to bypass the line and limit touch points without compromising food quality, freshness or taste.
