New to Disney+ this week (US)

Here’s a look at everything coming to Disney+ in the US this week.
Highlights include the premiere of the two episodes of “National Treasure: Edge of History,” “The Simpsons Meet the Bocellis in ‘Feliz Navidad'” short and the Disney+ Original documentary “If These Walls Could Sing.”
A new episode of “Willow” is available along with the final episode of “The Santa Clauses.”
New library titles include the first “The Owl House” Season 3 special, “Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration,” “The Muppets Most Wanted” sing-along version and more.

National Treasure: Edge of History – Episodes 1 and 2 – Premiere
Episode 1 “I’m a Ghost”
22-year-old Jess Valenzuela’s life is turned upside down when she meets a mysterious stranger who holds a clue to an ancient treasure linked to her long-dead father. With the help of her friend Tasha, Jess uses her puzzle solving skills to try and crack the clue. But both soon realize they’re in over their heads when Billie – a ruthless black market antiques dealer – joins the hunt.
Episode 2 “The Treasure Map”
With their friend kidnapped by a rival treasure hunter, Jess and her best friend, Tasha, hatch an elaborate plan to get him back, leading to a ransom exchange on a World War II warship, where Jess realizes that this treasure hunt is too dangerous to to continue. But will all that change when Liam Sadusky lets her in on one of his own family secrets?
The Elves – Episode 6 – Finale – “Chapter Six: A Christmas to Remember”
The Calvins race against Simon to find the Santa coat to save Christmas. Simon realizes the error of his ways and steps aside to let Scott be Santa again. The elves return and everyone scrambles to get this year’s Christmas deliveries drawn in time.
Scott takes his family on the delivery run, then they return to reclaim their place as the first family at the North Pole.
Willow – Episode 4
An epic fantasy series with a contemporary sensibility set in an enchanted land of stunning beauty, “Willow” features a diverse international cast with Jonathan Kasdan, Ron Howard, Wendy Mericle, Kathleen Kennedy and Michelle Rejwan as executive producers. The story began with an aspiring magician from a village in Nelwyn and an infant girl destined to unite the realms, who together helped destroy an evil queen and banish the forces of darkness. Now, in a magical world where brownies, wizards, trolls and other mystical creatures flourish, the adventure continues, as an unlikely group of heroes embark on a dangerous quest to places far beyond their home, where they must face their inner demons and come together to to save their world.
Sumo Do, Sumo Don’t! – Episode 9
Ryota trains hard for the upcoming tournament, and Honoka gives him advice. Natsuko and Arisa are deeply moved to see the team united. Honoka’s graduation is approaching, and the thought of separating from Ryota saddens her. Meanwhile, she hears that Natsuko and Aoki are planning the first ever co-ed tournament.

Drain the Oceans (S5)
Maritime mysteries – old and new – come to life in this 10-episode series, which combines scientific data and digital reconstructions to reveal shipwrecks, treasure and sunken cities at the bottom of lakes, seas and oceans around the world. Innovative technology allows viewers to see what lies on the floors of large bodies of water such as the Gulf of Mexico, the Nile, the Indian Ocean, the Baltic Sea and the Atlantic Ocean as if they had been drained. So, in a quest to explain natural wonders and man-made disasters, tell stories of how vessels sank, what ancient geological formations reveal about life on Earth, where Nazi secrets now reside, and why so many continue to search for the legendary city of Atlantis.
The Great Christmas Light Fight (S10)
Carter Oosterhouse and Taniya Nayak judge elaborate Christmas displays created by families across the country. Each episode features the holiday home transformations of four families selected through a nationwide search based on previously elaborate Christmas lights, choreography and extravagant designs as they compete to decorate their homes in the ultimate Christmas spirit. Once a winner is chosen, the judges return to the home to congratulate the family and present the $50,000 prize.
The Owl House (S3, 1 episode)
Picking up immediately after the events of the season two finale, the first special, “Thanks to Them,” finds Luz and her friends stuck in the human sphere and willing to go to daring lengths to return to the boiling islands.
Positive energy (S1)
Finding new sources of energy is a worldwide challenge. Modern societies are used to citizens turning on lights at the flick of a switch, gassing up fast cars and flying cheaply from city to city, but how will continuing energy needs be met without harming the planet? This series finds former “Mythbusters” host Kari Byron and British TV personality Dallas Campbell presenting innovators around the world who are creating new ways to power the future. Visionary projects large and small-scale aimed at finding clean, renewable, affordable energy are revealed, and the hosts even help create a new energy installation.

Muppets Most Wanted (Sing-Along Version)
“Muppets Most Wanted,” the sequel to 2011’s “The Muppets,” follows Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Animal and the rest of the Muppets as they embark on a European tour at the suggestion of their new manager, Dominic (Ricky) Gervais). Mayhem ensues when Kermit the Frog is mistaken for an international criminal, Constantine. With Kermit behind bars, the Muppets find themselves in an international crime caper narrated by the witty monologue of Kermit the Frog quotes.
