Darcey Silva dumps matchmaker after feeling ‘disrespected’ and convicted

Darcey Silva isn’t giving up on her search for love, but she’s saying goodbye to her matchmaker.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip from Monday’s episode Darcey and StaceyDarcey, 48, is upset when her partner Michelle confronts her about her personal choices.

“I’m all for expressing your goddess and your beauty, but the way you present yourself is just not right,” says Michelle.

Darcey immediately becomes defensive. “Okay, I didn’t ask for any of this,” he says. “You’re the matchmaker, so if you’re going to date someone, match me up with someone who doesn’t judge how I live my life.”

Michelle then explains why Cicero was worried during their date.

“He also brought up other things, so I think on one of the dates – or on that date, I should say – maybe there was a little too much drinking,” Michelle explains. “To him, that was a red flag.”

Darcey replies, “Interesting because he ordered them for me.”

Michelle reminds Darcey that “how you present yourself is very important.”

In a confessional statement, Darcey admits she feels “very disrespected” by Michelle’s comments, adding: “It sounds like Cicero is lying about me. You know what he’s saying, I drink too much? Why does my company say the media is too sexy? I feel like he’s blaming me for all of this. It’s not right.”

Darcey then tells Michelle that she may not be ready for the “matchmaking thing”.

“So you’re telling me you want to end our dating relationship?” Michelle asks.

Darcey adds, “Yeah. Pretty much.”

“I’m sorry to hear that, you know,” Michelle replies. “Tell me what happened that I don’t know about.”

Darcey finally reveals why she ended Michelle’s matchmaking service.

“I just feel like it’s not really working. I’ve done a lot of the work you suggest, I’ve been open to older and different types of dates that I’m not used to,” she explains. “But this whole journey with matchmaking and dating has been completely disappointing. I might just have to go it alone.”

However, Michelle is not entirely sure that Darcey will be able to do this given her past ways.

“I was trying to highlight some of these patterns of behavior that I don’t think Darcey knows about,” he says to the cameras. “She’s still single, and I can see why.”
